Open Call: The Third Way

Deadline: June 15th, 2025

The Third Way is a group exhibition that will bring together queer-identifying artists who are engaging with themes of mysticism in their art through practice, process, and subject matter.

The mystic realm is a dimension that expands beyond the surface reality of objects and bodies into a transcendent space. The path of the mystic is one that aims to awaken a personal experience of the divine and become one with the absolute.

One of the steps on the mystic path is the integration and harmonizing of the divine masculine and feminine energies in order to attain a perspective that is both and neither… An experience beyond the binary, a third way.

Artists working in all media are invited to apply from painting and drawing, to mixed media, to experimental practice.

All applications will be considered

No submission fee

Exhibition will run July 7 - August 23, 2025
